CCS Medway's Current Quality Control System
An important key to maintaining a high standard is regular inspection by managers and supervisors, keeping a record of the quality of work achieved and encouraging employees to higher, better standards in the areas of the site that they work on.

CCS Medway is duly proud of it's record of producing work of the highest quality for it's clients on all types of sites. The testimonies in this website illustrate CCS Medway's client's satisfaction with the standards achieved.
Planning is a fundamental part of continually achieving these levels of service
CCS Medway is currently working towards achieving ISO 9001/2 although the current management system in place is very effective and is based on the principles of ISO 9001/2. CCS already has a manual compiled for ISO accreditation and is currently arranging the funding for this as it is a costly scheme.

If a satisfactory outcome is not achieved the client can escalate the problem to the appointed area manager, whose details are given to the site management at the outset of the contract, problems raised to this level are dealt with the same day. The area manager will check back with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the outcome. If the client still feels that the problem has not been resolved they can bring it to the attention of the management at CCS Medway's head office, problems raised to this level are usually of a more serious nature and will probably take longer to resolve. During the initial consultation with the client over the issue a plan of action is discussed and a time-scale implemented to resolve it.
